Terai Kantha Necklace

Ethical, sustainable, and stylish jewelry made from lightweight hand-carved wooden beads and covered in repurposed kantha and sari fabric. Inspired by the earth, the Terai Collection features soft hues of olive, cream, sandstone and sage - reminiscent of a warm desert landscape.

Measures 38-inches with a 2-inch extender. Can be worn as one long strand, or doubled.

Each piece is made from recycled Kantha textiles, so colors and patterns will vary.

WorldFinds products are Fair Trade Federation-certified, providing a living wage, safe working conditions, and a means of preserving traditional crafts and art forms to women artisans in India. In addition to their fair trade partnerships, WorldFinds contributes to a Girls Education Fund which provides financial assistance for tuition, books and uniforms to children.

Their use of repurposed materials (the beads used in their jewelry are carved from wood scraps) and methods of waste reduction help keep their environmental impact low.
