Felted Tiger Rug

The Year of the Tiger was 2022 but we're still celebrating with our wonderful felted tiger rugs! Designed in England and hand-felted by artisans in Kathmandu, Nepal using organic wool and environmentally friendly dyes, the craftsmanship on these rugs is extraordinary.

Tibetan tiger rugs have a long history and were originally used by Tibetan monks as meditation mats, in the belief that the tiger motif provided protection during meditation. Ours would be equally at home in a nursery or draped across your couch as a delightful and unexpected accent piece.

Please note that this is a handmade item and slight variations in size, color, and patterning should be expected.
